Caledonian Marine are a marine engineering company based at Rhu Marina, on the north side of the Clyde Estuary and only six miles from Loch Lomond. Our engineers have over forty years of combined knowledge on offer, and specialise in engine servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations. They are available on-site at our fully-equipped workshop within the marina and our office is always staffed during business hours, giving you the peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your engine, we are only a phone-call away.
As the nearest authorised Yamaha sales and service centre in the Loch Lomond area, we have a large number of fully-prepared Yamaha outboard engines in stock, with a full range of engine spares available. Most non-stock engines can be delivered in a matter of days, and if we don’t have the part you need, our office staff will track it down for you!
We are also proud to announce our appointment as Beta Marine and Perkins-Sabre engine dealers, allowing us to offer a full range of inboard engines from 10HP to 300HP. Our Beta Marine sail drives range from 10HP up to 50HP, and for the performance market, the new Yamaha Hydra Drive stern drive ranges from 165HP to 275HP.
Moving on from our engine ranges, Caledonian Marine has one of the largest Terhi ABS boat showrooms in the UK. Manufactured in Finland for the past 30 years and imported into the UK by Yamaha, these eco-friendly boats are filled with a closed-cell foam and are practically unsinkable, even when cut in half!
Our new agencies for Ribeye and Ribtech also offer a range of quality rigid inflatable boats of up to 10.5 metres in length, and we stock a range of Yam By Zodiac inflatables, ranging from 2 to 3.10 metres.
With our range of Hallmark trailers by Indespension, Caledonian Marine is able to offer the complete boating package of boat, engine and trailer, all under one roof, with credit facilities available on request.
In addition to our dealerships and agencies, we are Volvo Penta parts stockists and are able to maintain or install any brand of inboard or outboard engine. We carry a range of Morse steering and engine controls as part of our Teleflex marine dealership, and our other services include maintenance and installation on steering systems, electric windlasses, bow-thrusters, boat diesel heating systems, hull valves, winches, davits, 12V electrics and boat towing (up to 25-feet).
